1. Introduction & Acceptance

• If abnormal odds appear due to a technical error, Kiraya reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• Odds in live betting change in real time. If a bet is placed during an odds change, it will be confirmed at the new odds.
• Kiraya uses reliable third-party data sources to determine match results.
• If an event is officially cancelled, all bets will be refunded.

Kiraya regularly audits its games through independent third-party auditors to ensure fair play and that the RNG (Random Number Generator) is functioning correctly.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
